Review on BLACK DECKER HLVA325J10 Lithium Vacuum by Gary Shakeone

Doesn't match his name.

This "vacuum cleaner" doesn't live up to its name. If you're looking for a handheld vacuum to vacuum up pet hair from tiled or wooden floors, this is the one for you. If you want it to pick up dirt or dust, this isn't the product for you. I went with the Black + Decker brand name as they have done well with other products in the past but failed completely on this one. Product. A vacuum won't pick up dust from a surface unless it's perfectly flat, and if it's a piece of dirt the size of a grain of rice (or even half a grain of rice), it won't have enough suction to move it up. I tested the handheld vacuum on different surfaces to make sure I wasn't missing anything. Tiled floor: suitable for light dust and animal hair, but not for cement grout. Hardwood and Laminate Floors: Suitable for light. Dust and pet hair - Concrete floors: suitable for light dust and pet hair - Granite countertops: suitable for light dust and pet hair - Laminate worktops: do not tolerate dust well but will work with pet hair - Flat top tables: suitable for light dust and pet hair Der Filter can be removed, but emptying the bin is not the easiest task. You'd better turn it upside down and shake out the dust. The photos showing the vacuuming of cookies and cereal are definitely not using this vacuum cleaner. Please save your money and buy the best handheld vacuum cleaner. You don't need a $50 piece of junk.
