It really works but I still have regrets

Received the modem today, it really works. After about 45 minutes on the phone with CenturyLink, they were very patient. "Refurbished item" in pretty worn condition! Lots of scratches and dents front and top. One of the four very short and strong legs was completely broken and none were missing from the box. But it works on the first day.
