The first time I ordered this product, the package came from Revain's warehouse. The item I received looked like a fake Galaxy Buds+ and wasn't even the same shade of pink as the original earbuds. It even had earwax on the tips so I didn't even try them because they're just gross. I contacted support immediately regarding this and they were very friendly and quickly resolved the issue. They sent me a FULL refund PLUS another shipment and it shipped direct from their store in Korea but it still arrived super fast. These are definitely genuine Samsung products, they are really amazing and connect to my phone very quickly with no issues. The sound quality is really good and I really like the pink tones as they almost match the color of my keyboard. (Pictures show the Buds+ with the case already on because I like to keep my stuff clean and in great condition and I forgot to take a picture of them before putting them on.)
