Because the Samsung support service informed me over the phone that such an uneven discharge is not normal and that the faulty earpiece should be replaced, I brought the headphones into a service center today in the hopes that they will fix them under the warranty. I went there because I was in the area and happened to hand them over. Imagine how shocked I was when, a couple of hours later, I got a message saying that I could come back and pick up the headphones once they had been repaired. However, it was discovered that the service center acknowledged the incorrect discharge of the right earpiece as the normal operation of the device. This is due to the fact that the right earpiece is supposedly the "main" of the two. But here's the question: if it's the main one, then why am I forced to listen to music through the left earphone, which is technically not the main one, for at least another hour or two after the main one's battery has run out?! Due to the fact that it has been less than 14 days since I made the purchase, I have the option of returning them to the retailer; but, I really enjoyed the appearance of the headphones, and I intended to keep using them even after the warranty repair or replacement of the right earpiece. The only benefit of my headphones is that the left earphone can be used for a longer period of time than the right one. The sound quality of my headphones is a three out of five. When I was conversing on the phone, I did not find that having three mics provided any benefits. On one of these occasions, I intend to go to the store in order to bring them to the store. I will now be adding a critical review. I missed the seven-day period that was provided for in Part 4, Article 26.1 of the RFP, which was in connection with the fact that I was sent from Amazon. This was because I did not read the fine print on the sales receipt and instead counted on the 14-day period for the possibility of receiving goods of a good quality. On October 26, I once again took the headphones to Alfa-Service in Hong Kong in order to send them to Hong Kong for objective diagnostics. This was in connection with the promises that the Samsung support service had made regarding the headphones. On the other hand, I was somewhat naive. It was explained to me today that there had been no issues found in the past either, and that I am free to retrieve my high-quality headphones. It should come as no surprise that no one submitted them anyplace)) If Amazon once more believes that up to a quarter of the time the headphones work, I listen only to the left one, then I will commission an independent investigation and take legal action against them. In the meantime, I will return the headphones to Amazon as a product of substandard quality. I was not anticipating Samsung to produce something of such poor quality. independent expert
