I'm a 5'9 1/2" female and weigh 180 pounds. I've always ordered men's jogging bottoms as I have small butt and thighs. Usually I would order XL as some reviewers have mentioned they are on the small side so I ordered XXL I washed and dried them hoping they would shrink The shrinkage was negligible They are huge at the waist and I have to hem them over 3". Seat and waist fit perfectly. After coming out of the dryer the fibers didn't curl which was a plus. However, the inner waistband was never sewn on properly and the elastic was sticking out. I'll do a little need to sew to get them ready for the holidays oh the fleece is thick and durable which I consider a plus.
