Was worried the potato keeper would be too small based on some of the other comments, but it was practically cavernous and more than big enough for my usual 3# bag of potatoes. I could easily fit another 4 bags’ worth in it. I’m looking forward to seeing if this will help slow down the sprouting of the organic potatoes I buy, which are not treated with a growth suppressor like non-organic potatoes. The onion and garlic keepers are also plenty big enough for most home kitchen quantities. I put in 4 heads of regular garlic and they weren’t even touching each other in this container.
