Loose rivets but cheap

So I've wanted this bag for a long time. The only downsides I have found are that many of the rivets are loose and will fall off over time and the skull looks silly. This bag is great. Larger than expected, over 15 inches wide and nearly 11 inches tall. This is my deal that's never closed. Love it and have ordered replacement cleats just in case the inevitable happens.
