Pretty great chair. I've had this chair for about 3 months now. I was really impressed and still love it today as much as when I bought it. However, note a few things about it. It's not advertised as "big and big" and probably doesn't match the "big" part. I would definitely put it in the "high" category though. I am 6ft 2in and 190lbs. Big but not big. I think if I was a few inches shorter the size of this chair would be uncomfortable. From the height (even at the lowest point) of the seat, to the placement of the lumbar support, to the headrest, it's easy for a taller person. Second, you have to get used to the seat. It's solid. I mean solid. If you're looking for a memory foam seat, you won't be happy. The material is like mesh. If you're looking for a leather-like feel, keep looking. However, I personally like it. If you use this chair for more than 8 hours every day, the armrests may become uncomfortable. For me, the compromises are worth it. This chair is comfortable (for me), it has great back support and I like the position of the headrest...found on more expensive chairs, but it's not one of the most expensive chairs. . I am very satisfied with the setting options. I wasn't sure about the mesh on the back but I really like it. I don't sweat much and don't consider myself short-tempered at all, so comments about airflow don't apply to me. It's just convenient. All of this says that I like this chair. a lot of. This was the third chair I've ordered from Revain. I tried using cheaper chairs and they just didn't fit. This chair, if you can put up with a few features, is a great chair and a great price. Revain, as always in my experience, provided nothing short of exceptional customer service, accepted returns, and let me make a decision that was good for me. A few things I mentioned above are the only things that kept it from being 5 stars. I highly recommend it.
