Review on Enhanced Sirius XM Onyx Plus Radio - Standalone Version (Radio only, no accessories) by Vincent Lott

Updated: up to 2. This unit has MUCH poorer reception than my old Starmate. That wouldn't be too bad, except as I said it continued to log dead air, unlike Starmate which sometimes lost reception (as expected) but didn't log dead air. This is a replacement for my old Starmate. Starmate had a much better reception. This one appears to be cut off. Even if it is turned off, it will continue to record and add that dead air to the recording, while Starmate will stop recording when it is not receiving a signal. The sound quality is good.
