5'8" about 141 lbs my forearm is about 9" at the larger part and my biceps are similar, slightly larger. I wear these 8-10+ hours most days. My job usually involves a lot of physical work and the main reason I don't give it a 5/5 is that the compression sleeve in my flexed arm compresses and bothers me. If it were longer at the top, it would sit more comfortably. I'll try washing and drying them to see if that fixes some of the slippage issues. It's not a big deal, but this product is near perfect. My GP recommended a compression sleeve after I was diagnosed with tendonitis. At least given my work, it's better than nothing. I am medium size**
