Description of ๐ŸŽพ Zensah Compression Elbow Sleeve for Tendonitis, Tennis & Golfer's Elbow - Elbow Support & Brace

TENNIS ELBOW, ELBOW TENDONITIS, AND GOLFER'S ELBOW RELIEF: The elbow sleeve features advanced compression technology with a cuff that can fold over to provide more compression to the upper forearm. This adds pressure needed the most to relieve elbow pain. INJURY PREVENTION: The elbow sleeve stabilizes and prevents micro-tears of the muscles in the elbow. Chevron ribbing enhances support to the forearm. Great elbow support for both men and women during and after activity for pain relief and recovery. PREMIUM ZENSAH FABRIC: The elbow support sleeve is made of breathable, moisture wicking, and ultra-comfortable material. It will stay lightweight, cool, and dry even through heavy perspiration. STAYS IN PLACE AND FULL RANGE OF MOTION: Features a no-slip cuff to prevent slipping or sliding. Compression technology keeps it in place unlike tennis elbow straps. It is lightweight to provide a full range of motion unlike hard tennis elbow braces. GREAT FOR EVERYDAY ELBOW PAIN: Convenient design can be worn on either elbow. The sleek design fits comfortably under clothing giving the support needed without the bulk. Not recommended to wear during sleep.

Useful for tendonitis

These elbow pads offer good support without adding bulk. It helped with the daily pain of my tendonitis but didn't eliminate it (although I really wasn't expecting it!). Definitely useful for sports and also thin enough to be worn under regular clothes for everyday use. Unfortunately, I spent $20 on one of those stupid Copperfit sleeves before I tried these. Please do not fall for the Copperfit advertisement! This case is way better in every way. Highly recommended!

Exact Sizing: Braces, Splints, and Supports

I was concerned about sizing as my hand size is 11.5 inches, which is very close to the border between a medium and large. My fear that the size L might be loose was unfounded. It is very snug and hugs my elbow well. If your hand is measuring (or nearing) the line between sizes, feel free to go up a size! The sleeve keeps what it promises. Since I've been wearing the sleeve, my tennis elbow bothers me less. It's not a miracle cure, but it's more compact than the soft strap I've used before andโ€ฆ

Five stars. But . . .

This compression sleeve is well designed, well made and works. It helps relieve elbow pain caused by what I consider tendentious. My hand measurement was right on the line between small and medium. Afraid that the small one might be too tight, I went for the medium one. So if I could make one suggestion to a manufacturer, it would be to offer a case in four sizes, not three. I believe the extra size will benefit more people. MY suggestion: Small; medium small: medium large; Big. After readingโ€ฆ

Ligaments in Forearm -

5'8" about 141 lbs my forearm is about 9" at the larger part and my biceps are similar, slightly larger. I wear these 8-10+ hours most days. My job usually involves a lot of physical work and the main reason I don't give it a 5/5 is that the compression sleeve in my flexed arm compresses and bothers me. If it were longer at the top, it would sit more comfortably. I'll try washing and drying them to see if that fixes some of the slippage issues. It's not a big deal, but this product is nearโ€ฆ

IT'S HUMDINGER! in arm, hand and finger rests

I have used gel tape for a while to relieve elbow pain when playing table tennis. I read great reviews of this Zensah elbow pad on Revain. I've used it several times and it works very well. Usually, after a few hours of intense exercise, my arm lost strength. Bump, but with the Zensah sleeve I can easily run 3 hours at full power and then I can flip the valve for extra tightness to play another hour. I'm not sure if it will lose its elasticity over time, but so far it's amazing. It's a greatโ€ฆ

Computer related elbow pain? It works out. Get one.

If you work at the computer and are experiencing any problems with your elbow joint or something like tendonitis, here's your solution. I've been using it for 1.5 days now and I can already feel the difference. During the critical moments in 3D modeling, I started having real pain in my elbow for several hours. Don't wait until it's too late, just grab it. The other main reason for "tennis elbow" is that your table is too high for your chair. And yes, an inch can really make a big difference or

The sizes are a joke, the difference between them is minimal

The material is much more comfortable than any others I've tried. It's thin and light. It's a bit like the material of compression stockings, while the other sleeves I've knitted are rough and uncomfortably frayed. I like the foldable lower cuff option for extra compression around the forearm tendon (but the largest size is already too tight and my measurements are between Med and Lrg). The problem is that the dimensions are ridiculous. My forearm was exactly 11 inches. I tried medium and itโ€ฆ
