Review on 🎾 Zensah Compression Elbow Sleeve for Tendonitis, Tennis & Golfer's Elbow - Elbow Support & Brace by Emili Hudson

I have used gel tape for a while to relieve elbow pain when playing table tennis. I read great reviews of this Zensah elbow pad on Revain. I've used it several times and it works very well. Usually, after a few hours of intense exercise, my arm lost strength. Bump, but with the Zensah sleeve I can easily run 3 hours at full power and then I can flip the valve for extra tightness to play another hour. I'm not sure if it will lose its elasticity over time, but so far it's amazing. It's a great value and it works. I'm a 6 foot average guy and bought a medium size 9-11 inches. It fits perfectly.
