I was concerned about sizing as my hand size is 11.5 inches, which is very close to the border between a medium and large. My fear that the size L might be loose was unfounded. It is very snug and hugs my elbow well. If your hand is measuring (or nearing) the line between sizes, feel free to go up a size! The sleeve keeps what it promises. Since I've been wearing the sleeve, my tennis elbow bothers me less. It's not a miracle cure, but it's more compact than the soft strap I've used before and seems to work just as well.
