I’m 5’8”/ 29” waist and the medium was the perfect size. Runs a little long for a mini. Fabric is a crepe- ish material so it isn’t soft but I didn’t find it scratchy or uncomfortable. The waistband stretches a crazy amount. Medium could probably fit a size 4-10.
