Original review July 2022: Bought 3 transmitters, 6 headphones. Works great and good range. 1 started deteriorating a few days ago, both channels are noisy and only clear in direct (at head level) line of sight. Disappointing as it is less than a year old. I just like the normal setting, the headphones need to be stretched for adult heads, but then everything is fine. Updated: August 1, 2022: Simolio contacted us regarding the above issues, after a brief exchange with them to assess the issue (2 messages). When they realized the warranty is 6 months and I was very exhausted, they sent a replacement in an open/brown box. All cables etc included with the transmitter work great - better than the original on day one suggesting it was defective from the start. (I assumed the hiss and occasional crackle were environmental influences since this particular room had a lot of windows). Everything is fine, we will continue to expand the system.
