The scanner does not work with eMar
I contacted customer service several times and they tried to answer my questions and solve my connection problems. The supplied manual is very basic and does not describe any problem solving or even an understanding of the different scan setup modes. After several attempts, we came to the conclusion that this scanner would not suit us.
