Review on 💌 Sizzix Die Set: Katelyn's Envelope Liners - 10 Pack, A2 & A7 Sizes, Multi Color Framelits by Gelin Battle

I bought these as a "great reward" with a 60% off coupon on another scrapbooking site. Read the reviews and customers seemed happy with their purchases. Nowhere was it said that these inserts would only work for very specific envelopes. In fact, someone asked this question and the official answer from Sizzix, the website and the customer was "A2 and A7 envelopes". The information on the envelope is misleading. They did NOT work with the envelopes I had on hand - standard V-flap envelopes! After doing more research, I found that they only work with the (quite expensive) v-flap envelopes sold by Sizzix AND the euro-marked envelopes. ' Flap (also more expensive than your standard bulk buy product). You are not working. In short, due to the discount I received on the stamp set, and since the set includes additional stamps that can be used in more than envelopes, I will be stocking and ordering European flaps as needed. However, given the cost, I'll leave the use of inserts for more special cards and occasions. Regardless, Sizzix still gets a THUMBS DOWN for misleading information and for making a die set with so little versatility. Shame on you! Conclusion: Good stamps, but buyers beware of hidden costs for special covers.
