I had to remove 3 monitors from my desktop to free up space on my desktop. I checked the reviews and found one group that said the hands are flexible on this device. I thought hey it has a voltage setting, if there are any problems I will use it. Well I received the product the day after I placed my order! Set it up at work yesterday and the 2 levers would drop 2 Dell 20 inch monitors continuously no matter how tight the cocking/throttle was set. I can't believe the monitors haven't hit the table top so many times! Everything was fine for a minute or so, the monitors stayed in place, and then... CRASH! After the fifth attempt to adjust each hand, I ripped this thing off the table, took it apart, and threw it in the box. PERFECT CHARACTER! You're lucky if your monitors don't break! AVOID!
