Review on πŸ‹οΈ High-performance Liftmaster 3-Ton Ultra-Low Profile Steel Floor Jack with Rapid Lift Capability by Brian Samaiyar

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Poor quality control

Good jack for the money, China is good at cheap stuff. The length is good, the jack is medium sized with a long handle. The pad is well fitted but not a standard diameter for available rubber pads. The front wheels will not turn because the axles are too short to allow adequate clearance between the wheel and the washer under the snap ring. In addition, after painting, the hole in the wheel is drawn tightly onto the axle. I took the wheels off, reamed the axle hole and reassembled with a thinner washer. The rear wheels are mounted in a curved U-bracket. The wheels are attached to the brackets with a shaft that has a rivet on each end. This pulled the sides of the mount together and tied the wheels together. The bracket was also bent and jamming the wheels. I had to drill out the "pointy end" of the axle, remove the axles and replace them with bolts with thrust washers after correcting the bracket bend angles. I just wish the US made jack was cheaper.
