With my new job I wanted a nice, durable bag for my laptop, documents etc. This bag looks really good and I love it The compartments and retention issues. The bag was delivered without too much delay and I appreciated that as well as the way it was carefully packaged. However, yesterday I was very surprised to find that the inner lining had already torn at a seam. I had the bag a total of 12 days and only used it about 8 of those days. I don't like to complain, but I have to say that if I'm paying $140 for a bag I'm expecting a lot more than 12 days before things start snapping. I also do not know how to solve this problem - unfortunately I do not feel like sewing leather goods. Spring. I hope other people who bought this bag will have a better experience. UPDATE 28/06/2020 I didn't ask for anything but apparently the Luxorro customer service staff took it upon themselves to resolve the issue I was having with the bag. A few days ago I received a new bag in the mail and found that Luxorro had tried to email me many times. (These emails ended up in my Junk Mail folder, which I rarely check.) Because the company responded without asking or asking me, I upgraded my original rating from 2 to 4 stars. I hope to get better results with the second bag, but I still appreciate Luxorro's customer service.
