Worked great but stopped working after a month. I think I even wrote a review earlier praising it because it worked so well that I convinced my husband to use it. My stuff. Despite being a wet/dry product, I only used it on dry feet and never in the shower. I didn't drop it. I didn't keep it loaded forever. I kept it clean. Then he just stopped. I hope Amope customer service will read these reviews and set things right. You have a great product when it works, but something is wrong with the mechanics when after a month of relatively light use it just stops working. I'm not the only person who had this problem. I should have heeded other reviewers' warnings. Now I have an unfortunate addition to the junkyard, having of course bought spare reels.
