I bake protein bread every week and need pans that make cooking and cleaning easier. I didn't use non-stick spray, butter, or oil to prep the silicone. Just poured the batter in. My buns baked perfectly and then popped out after I let them cool. They washed up very quickly. I didn't have any issues with the side speakers as mentioned in some of the reviews I read. I love these pans and can only recommend them!
