This product works great! I got a 335 x 13 foot piece because I knew my car's headliner padding was a lot smaller than most (about 5 x 4 feet and only about 42 x 22 inches of usable fiber space). After watching a few YouTube videos on how to make this trim yourself and a few on how to disassemble car trim, I'm sure anyone can do this task on their own. I would recommend anyone reading this to make sure you get the 13ft cable unless you know for sure the 9ft cable can be cut and tucked away properly (easier to cut than it is more mentality required). The reason I give this product 4.5 stars is because the actual length of the power cord is only about 4 feet. The perfectionist in me wanted to hide the engine closer to the rear of the car to minimize engine noise and keep it out of sight. To do this and hide the power cord, I had to buy an extension cord (a whopping $10 or so), which isn't the end of the product, but it's definitely annoying to put on your back after this tedious process. The actual fiber optic cable you receive works great and looks fantastic after being pushed through a car's headliner, it shines brightly day or night and is thick enough to go through drilled holes without breaking . . The engine itself is a bit noisy when the car is dead quiet, but as soon as something else happens (car engine starts, music is playing, etc.) it quickly shuts down. Revain highlights: Thickness: The thickness of the cable seems to match the description (there are three different diameters in my box), but I don't have a caliper with me. Value for Money: This product is on par with other products you will find for the job. The additional Bluetooth capabilities make it great and give you a wider range of colors than the remote control. In the photos I was able to get a color close to "rose gold" using the app. I believe you are getting a fair price for this product. TL; DR Great product! Anyone can take on a Starlight headliner with this pack. However, I would have liked a longer power cord.
