The ability to send personalized emails is great! I like that you can create rules with different conditions depending upon who has opened your email or clicked through from an ad/link in another channel (eCommerce). It's not easy when it comes time do set up all of these channels as they are very specific about what needs setup where but once done everything works well together without any issues afterwards either by me personally nor my team members using this tool daily at work. We have been able use our own database instead if having them pull their information directly into ours which helps us save some money upfront since we don't need someone else doing IT support etc., also saves more room within those databases than just pulling straight out there info would allow so less storage space required too help keep costs down overall while still being fully compliant wih GDPR regulations coming soon here EU wide next year!!
