Review on πŸ”₯ Explore the Wilcor Campfire Tri-Pod Grill: Adjustable Height & Quick Setup Delight by Joseph Reed

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The chain and grate are too brittle for heavy cast iron cookware and the grate warps from the heat of a wood fire

I bought this tripod for the cross hooks between the legs. They help stabilize it. The way the top comes together is a little crazy, but it allows the legs to fold tightly together for storage. It is easy to assemble and disassemble and takes up very little space. The complaint is that the chain and rust are very thin. The chain broke when the entire pot of food fell into the fire. The grille itself was deformed and bent from the heat. I love using a tripod for cooking over a fire, but I don't think it's enough to support the weight of cast iron cookware over a hot fire. We will use it now but if we need to replace it we will buy another one.

Pros
  • Ideal for a small home
Cons
  • Not as thick as other picks
