We bought this highly acclaimed toaster for our apartment. We used it once (the smell from the new toaster was so bad our fire alarm went off the first time!). Had to set up a toaster on the outside balcony and run several times to stop the smoke so we could get inside. Came back to my room today and tried to use the toaster for breakfast. The right side of the toaster does not stay down at all. I tried to edit "Refund" or replacement but I can't get that option. I'm stuck with a 46.00 toaster that won't work?
