I received this headband 11 days after placing the order, even though it was shipped from China. The estimated delivery dates were much longer than what I actually experienced. Like most all of the non-Bose replacements, the ends of the band don't fit into the clips on my Bose QC2, but I secured the ends with black cable ties, which worked nicely. To install, you must carefully cut off the old band. I reused the thin plastic shield on the inside of the covering. Then, just wrap the cover around the band and zip it up with the zipper placed on top of the band. It is helpful to use needle nose pliers to close the zipper. As previously mentioned, I used black cable ties wrapped around the ends of the headband behind the slider on one end and the zipper end-stop on the other. The ties prevent the zipper from opening in addition to securing the ends of the headband. It's not bad for a cheap replacement and looks better than some of the replacement alternatives I've seen.
