I'm someone who tends to pack too much and this bag was just the size I needed for my vacation! The interior (without pockets) fits my Samsung Galaxy S8, my Moleskine travel journal (3.5" wide x 5.5" l x 0.75 inch) and my passport cover (https://www.amazon.com/ dp/B0759M5HYH?psc=1&ref= ppx_yo2_dt_b_product_details), with space for a pen underneath and a lipstick stored vertically. I only used the RFID credit card slots when I knew I would often need the cards for sightseeing and shopping and needed quick access, otherwise I kept them in another RFID wallet. I used an inside pocket for cash and coins, the other for receipts and note that it came in handy to stash my phone in that outer rear pocket, which was a little disappointing. The front zip pocket is perfect for my sunglasses with a clip to protect them from scratches. As for the sanitizer, I have a keychain-style keychain that I tie to one of the outside hooks so I can hang it for easy access. I mainly used it as a fanny pack, although I didn't use the belt loop sewn into the back of the bag. I felt that if I just used velcro it would be easier to put it on and take it off when needed. I'm glad I went for black, it goes with everything, can be formal or casual and doesn't stand out too much from the body. Overall very happy with this bag. PS: It's not waterproof, it looks like nylon but doesn't seem to repel water well. For my trip to the Finger Lakes and Niagara, I wish I had sprayed this with waterproofing spray.
