It's essentially a racing shoe with more arch support and denser foam under the arch and no cushioning under the heel. Fast and light shoe for forefoot and midfoot.
Pros
- More stability than type A but still very light which is nice! Something between Kinvars and Type A
Cons
- Too expensive for the quality of the shoes
