I had a VERY difficult time installing this on my hair dryer. I have a Conair dryer that I bought from Target and I assumed it would fit universally. I had to cut out small spokes in the fitment, which luckily was pretty easy since it's silicone/rubber. It's also huge, by the way - probably twice the size of the regular diffuser attachments that usually come with a hair dryer. This is normal, I'm not sure if it really matters. The fold feature is handy for travel/storage - other reviews mention that it folds up while you use it, but as long as you don't bang it on the head it's fine and you can just pull it out again. However, it will get very hot after use, so you need to be careful when taking it off.
