Review on 💻 10.1-inch Widescreen Laptop Privacy Filter by 3M (Model PF101W9B) by Bryan White

This is the second 3M laptop privacy filter I've owned and it didn't disappoint. Glare is reduced, the viewing angle is perfect and it mounts neatly. It fits my 10.1" black ASUS Eee PC 1005HA-PU1X-BK netbook perfectly - 10.5 hours of battery life. Please note: There are two mounting options for this screen. One is with tabs that you attach to the side of the Attach the screen and then hang by the edge to hold the filter in place This allows you to remove the filter but also means the filter can shift during opening/closing/transportation and sometimes fall out (I have I used this method on my first laptop screen). The second method is to use four pieces of clear adhesive tape to attach the filter directly to the screen. This means you can't just take the filter off and put it back on, but he can stays in place very well you lose the image a bit in the four corners where you use glue tabs it's not a huge loss but enough to know where the tabs are. You should also take care to tighten them securely and remove any air bubbles or you will have a very noticeable loss of clarity (live and learn). Overall, this is a great product at a great price.
