You can export your data in XLS so you don't need to pay someone each month for this service which makes it easier! I have not found much wrong with this product yet. Maybe could add in another customer as an option instead of having 2 options but one more wouldnt hurt (for now). Invoicera really helps us by automatically creating client records if the customer does no exist already, we're very happy about those kinds of updates because they save us days worth of work every year!! I love that it has customizable templates, which makes it easy to create new invoices. I'm also a fan of how easy it is to track time and create new invoices. I dislike that it's a bit expensive, and it's difficult to track time that is not entered in the system. I also dislike that it's not as easy to use as other billing software. I'm using it to create invoices for work I do for a nonprofit. It's easy to use, and it allows me to track time.
