I have a Voigtlander Nokton Classic 35mm/1.4 and really liked this lens on my Fuji X-Pro3. In this case, however, it essentially works like a 50mm lens. I was looking for another Leica M mount that could get me closer to a true 35mm lens on Fuji. After a long search I decided on this lens. The lens fits perfectly in your hand. This is classic Voigtländer quality. soft focus. Satisfactory clicks for the aperture. It is smaller than 35mm/1.4 and fits Fuji with Fuji adapter perfectly. A small hood is attached to it, which is not too big but offers good protection. I personally also put a black and white clear nano filter on all my lenses for added protection. Sometimes there is some vignetting and maybe a slight purple fringing, but that's why you buy these lenses for your character. If you need a lens without that uniqueness, you can buy one of the many more convenient and "perfect" lenses.
