The insoles are rolled straight out of the box.
Waiting all week for the shoes to arrive was undesirable. However, I am not satisfied with the condition in which they arrived. Our excitement quickly turned to disappointment and anger because the insoles in both shoes rolled up. It's like there's no glue holding them, except maybe a sock.
- You are perfect. My daughter loves them.
- I bought them for Christmas pictures. They were very cute and fit well, but fell apart completely after wearing them twice.
