While this is an entry-level flash, it's definitely worth the extra $35 (or less) over a flash. I have two Godox flashes and an X2t trigger and this flash is perfect for that combination. Without opening the manual, it was easy to set the group and channel for wireless triggering, and immediately, without further pairing or effort, I was able to control the output from my trigger on my camera. So the usability is good! Not only is the output higher than a flash, it really feels like a nice flood of light. Bright and even. And the refresh rate was instant. I expected this thing to be tiny as it was cheaper and had fewer features than more expensive flashlights. But it's powerful, it's plastic, but it doesn't look cheap (although I wouldn't throw it around either). The cable is a decent length, people price it differently for its length, around 20 feet long. Now it TECHNICALLY doesn't have high speed sync like an expensive flash (which would be the same price) or more expensive flashes (twice the size). price), which would be about 1/8000 second. However, it shoots up to 1/2000th of a second, which is pretty fast and more than reasonable at this price point. The only complaints I have (which don't really matter much): output adjustment from 1/32 to 1/1 (although it adjusts 1/10). Even a $65 flash has an output of 1/128 to 1/1. This is only a real problem when you need extremely low power for a touch of light, but you can always just add more diffusion in front of it until you get the level you want. 7" reflex bowl. I mean, this thing alone is $12, which means the company is probably making it for $3. Can't you throw it in the box to give buyers a clue? It comes with a number Supplied with colored socks to wear over them one of which is the standard white diffuser but I would have preferred some sort of modifier I would have liked the bulbs to be recessed a bit further as the modeling lamp bulb is so long can I don't attach my favorite cosmetic case Octobox to the flash unless I'm using a modeling lamp, I bought this specifically for my modeling lamp (and also for better light output) BUT I recognize that this is the same design claim on said softbox. So this isn't a breach of terms and conditions, just an annoyance, generally I gave it to the GODOX SK300ii (which was a bit smaller) or S Preferred K400ii (slightly larger for more power) as these flashes only do 1/16th to 1./1 power control and I would have preferred more control over higher power.
