This is a beautiful bag. I love Vera Bradley's designs. The material is of very good quality and stands up well to daily use. Love the mesh pockets, one for my phone and one for my sunglasses so they're always easy to find. Additional compartments prevent small items from getting lost on the floor. The only criticism is the belt. I've tried using it as both a shoulder bag and a crossbody bag. Both methods are uncomfortable and ultimately painful, and I ended up just carrying the purse by the strap in one hand to give my shoulders a rest. It needs some padding or should be made of a softer/better material.
