This replacement rear arm and wiper blade was an almost exact replica of the factory original. Removing the old one wasn't easy as the motor shaft splines are prone to corrosion in the Northeastern United States. I bought a windshield wiper puller from my local auto parts store and it worked. The new lever fits perfectly. The blade digs into your hand. Initially the blade didn't want to be in contact with the window all the way, but it was about 10 degrees so the silicone blade was very stiff. I suspect it will be fine in warm weather. This allows the slat to "adjust" to the curvature of the window.
