Great stabilizer!

This has been my favorite stabilizer for many projects. It's easy to use and very easy to tear off! I love that I can crop my own frame size to the size I will be using. I like to use this with a light spray adhesive, mostly when I'm hooping my t-shirt! If you have tires of different sizes, this is what you need!
