I've never made candles before and wanted to recycle candles that had run out so I bought this set and it works great! A few things to note: The glue circles are slightly larger than the metal wick anchors so you can trim them. Also, I didn't pay attention to the temperature of the wax the first time I poured it. It was too hot and the wick came loose from the glue. So you might want to have a thermometer or just let the wax cool for a few minutes before pouring. Learn the ideal pouring temperature for your wax type. After doing some research and using a thermometer to determine the correct filling temperature, making my first candle was super easy! I would highly recommend this set to anyone wanting to get into candle making.
