Bought this charger in September 2019. I found out it doesn't charge in April/May 2020 (Saturday morning :-( ). Contacted Thedadapter - better just contact them here on Revain The email on the box didn't work They replied on Monday and promised to ship within a week (more time due to the COVID-19 situation) The charger came as promised and a bit quicker Luckily I have one very old computer that works surprisingly well and don't remember having that many issues with it (Microsoft, XPS) Very disappointed with the surface pro and its chargers Seems to be Tedadaptor, doing as much as it can The 24 month guarantee really worked and it's a great deal for the price and quality is better than others - I've tried 2 other chargers I bought during I've been waiting for this one to arrive. I've decided to keep adding an extra charger just to be safe - my customers can't wait for my charger to be replaced. Microsoft products are no longer reliable. This is my third charger and my second Surface Pro. The first (Surface Pro 4) received a faulty processor. At least Microsoft traded it in for free since it was a manufacturing issue (great!). But I had to transfer all the data manually - a lot of work.
