So, I've noticed strange issues with the sound from this soundbar. First, if you leave the volume at the highest level you've ever heard, and then turn down the source's volume for quieter listening, it sometimes thinks there's no sound to play and just goes silent until a louder sound plays becomes . So basically he falls asleep. Another issue I just noticed when trying to play the game is that the damn left and right channels are swapped. It's on every input I connect, optical, bluetooth, every input device, phone computer, etc. I literally think the left and right speakers in the device are wired backwards. I didn't notice this before because I usually wear headphones and the soundstage on this soundbar is so narrow that it wasn't really noticeable. But I just played the game and the sound was completely on the wrong side. Double checked by adjusting the left and right balance and sure enough the audio was reversed. This is not a good sign for the quality of this device. Otherwise the sound quality is normal. Nothing special.
