More Like Red and Pink
I bought this ribbon for my daughter's Minnie Mouse costume. In the picture it looks white and red but when I received it it looked more like red and pink. The dots look like the red paint has flowed in from the duct tape. Overall quality if the ribbon isn't bad so I wasn't worried about returning it but if you want something red with white polka dots this isn't the product.
