At first I never thought I would ever wear one like this in my life as I have always been in shape and then Covid hit hard. I contracted and almost died from Covid in March 2020 and after recovering I still have complications like breathing problems and constant fatigue. Other than that there was weight gain, my normal weight was 215 as I'm 6ft 3in, I gained 260 in a year, now I've started losing weight and getting back into the exercise program I used to have. I decided to try this because I saw an advertisement for a similar product. I read the reviews and many said to buy a size up so I bought the XL version. It fit perfectly and I was able to use it not only for training but also to wear under shirts. I bought both black and beige but there is one big difference between them, beige is shorter in length. The material also seems to be different compared to black, and black looks a bit ribbed, and beige looks more like silk. However, they both stay in place and are both very comfortable. They stay in place while I'm exercising and also when I'm driving. The black color is really my favorite as it seems closer to the body. I highly recommend them, great price, great buy.
