I received this and it was my first attempt at using it. If you watch the video, I have marinated chicken. I sucked out a lot of air and then heard the air seep back in. So I smeared oil on the seal as someone recommended - yes you can see what is dripping on my chicken indicating a hole or leak. Therefore, this device is eligible for return. I also noticed that the guide/manual reminded me of an email scam. Half of the sentences it contains come without punctuation marks at the end. After reading the entire page I expected to actually send money to a scammer.
