I just installed this mount on my desk and am loving it so far. The installation instructions were clear and simple, and all the necessary tools (no drill or drill, of course) were included. My desk has a decorative edge so the clip on option couldn't hold up my desk well and I had to go for the drilled hole option. I only have one monitor installed at the moment (27" ViewSonic ELITE XG270) which according to the spec weighs about 9 pounds and the stand has no problem maintaining the height or viewing angle. Speaking of viewing angles, the tilt screw (forward/backward) was very VERY a bit loose when I first set everything up so my monitor went down when I tried to get it to the neutral tilt position ) solved this problem I will find the screw felt tight and I actually had to tighten it down to give it one last little tug in the case. It actually feels like the screw is turning, but considering the monitor is now left idle I know it's turning must have turned a little, just make sure you have inserted the allen key all the way into the hole before trying to tighten it and make sure you de n Wrenches turn completely parallel, otherwise you could tear out the screw head.
