Terrible instruction
The kit looks very nice, but then you have to stick to the half-hearted instructions. Your online video is not working and does not provide instructions on how to order a hybrid mouthguard. The instructions in the kit only list top or bottom and 1.5, 2 or 3mm. Nothing more. The bottom cups are tiny and don't fit, the top cups are much larger. They didn't reply to my chat or email so this is coming back. It really looks like someone made it in China and wrote it all.
