Too thick for a Nintendo, absurdly hard (including connector)

Okay, yes, I could just ignore or remove the Nintendo Switch dock's back cover (without breaking it?), but I never did have seen HDMI cables with noise reduction beads. I've been using my hingeless cables for years with no crosstalk, interference or anything that would indicate it, all at 1080 and 4k. And then I tried Roku and the TV doesn't even see it. I thought maybe it just can't handle 4k. So I set Roku to 720p and it STILL doesn't see it. Although everything is fine with my humble HDMI cables without flanges. This is the last time I'll receive more than one cable at a time from a brand I don't recognize. Update: OK, for some reason Revain is in no hurry to approve this review. I think it's the best because the connector itself was so stiff or bulky or something that it didn't fit the Roku all the way. With a bit of guts (and giving $100 to replace the Roku), I pushed the connector as hard as I could and it moved a millimeter or two, which was enough for it to actually work, in all resolutions. It still looks incomplete, but it works. The need to make these cables look like Hollywood light cables seems a bit absurd, but if someone actually has attenuation and interference issues severe enough to help, cool.

Pros
  • Video cable
Cons
  • A little wrinkled
