Purchased Fire Red MirrorShield polarized lenses for my Fives 2.0 sunglasses which I have owned since 2003. encouraged, for example, by the fact that a third party even makes lenses for Oakley that are outdated. Second, the chipping and peeling lenses I looked through yesterday are clean, clear and glare-free today. Third, compared to other Oakley polarized lenses I own, the lenses feel like real polarized lenses - no complaints! I watched YT's video on changing the Fives 2.0 lenses a week before receiving them, so it came in handy for me to put them in and out. The one on the left popped open easily—it took five seconds to install—but the one on the right gave me a bit of static electricity. I think I had to first place the inner edge (closest to the bridge of the nose) of the lens in the groove, move the lens around until it matches the shape of the frame, and then put the outer edge (closest to the bridge of the nose to the temple) with it my thumb as shown in the video - sixty seconds to install. Aesthetically, the third-party lenses are nearly identical to the Oakley Fire Iridium lenses. If you can't tell the difference between the original (scratched) lens and the replacement (shiny) lens in the photos, the Oakley lens is loose and the Revant lens is in the frame. The obvious difference is in the vision: replacement lenses have a turquoise tint on the inside, while Oakley lenses have a yellow tint. Very happy with the Revant lenses, highly recommend and will order again. Thank you!
