I ordered two shirts. These are 3XLT Slim and 3XLT (not slim). I'm 6ft 2in, 230lbs with long arms. I buy one size larger than the sleeve length. Although usually XLT or XXLT. A "thin" shirt is fine. The 3XLT is about the same at the shoulders but significantly larger at the waist, making it appear oversized. If you have a big belly and long arms, consider running sizing (although this may seem like a contradiction in terms). My waist has grown from 36 to 40 inches as I got older and out of shape. I have bought several XXLT slim shirts that fit perfectly. And since people may not equate large sizes with thin cases, the price is often much lower because they probably won't sell in that quantity. Very happy with 3XLT-slim. The 3XLT is back because it's too big.
