Fits amazingly well on a tall man, buttons fall off

XLT fits perfectly which NEVER happens. I'm 6ft 7", 215lbs and usually have a 17.5" neck and 37" arms which is pretty hard to find. This shirt fits surprisingly well. a large piece of fabric at the back to touch and the sleeves are quite long which is a rare surprise. I will be looking for more Van Heusen brand XLT shirts! Update December 14, 2019. One star removed (up to 4 stars ) now). I have bought more Van Huesen shirts after this one fitted so well and the buttons came loose on the others…

Pros
  • 57% cotton, 40% polyester, 3% spandex
Cons
  • I have a problem

Slim fit makes a big difference

I ordered two shirts. These are 3XLT Slim and 3XLT (not slim). I'm 6ft 2in, 230lbs with long arms. I buy one size larger than the sleeve length. Although usually XLT or XXLT. A "thin" shirt is fine. The 3XLT is about the same at the shoulders but significantly larger at the waist, making it appear oversized. If you have a big belly and long arms, consider running sizing (although this may seem like a contradiction in terms). My waist has grown from 36 to 40 inches as I got older and out of…
